Zig Zag Conveyor Chain is supplied with heavy duty machined load bearings for longer life. We can also supply the conveyor chain with heavy duty machined guide wheels which are recommended for longer circuits where the loads are much higher around the bends. These bearings have a much higher load capacity and drastically reduce wear on the horizontal bends.
We also manufacture caterpillar drive chains and Cam Former drive units.
As a manufacturer of all our components we can provide a full back up of spares for any conveyor chain supplied.
We also hold stock of track, including horizontal and vertical curves, and can provide an onsite service to replace any damaged or worn sections to conveyor systems.
